Do you replace all of our property software?

No. The launch offer is narrower: replace the spreadsheet or email thread you use for maintenance requests, approvals, and contractor follow-up. If that proves useful, we can move more admin workflows into the panel over time.

Where is the admin panel hosted?

AdminCreation hosts and maintains it for you. That keeps setup simple for non-technical teams and means you do not need to manage servers, updates, or deployments.

What counts as one request?

A request should be small enough to complete in roughly 1 to 3 working days. Bigger requests are broken into smaller queue items so work keeps moving.

Can we ask for something outside the menu?

Yes. Use the anything else option. If it is too large, it gets broken into smaller actions before work starts.

Why not just use generic property management software?
